"Winter-izing" an Early Fall Dress

Tillie wore this outfit two months ago for the first time.  Today I wished I had a coordinating cardigan from the Nice Kitty line.  It was just too cold!  Instead I layered a long-sleeved Cherokee bodysuit under the dress.

 

I love these socks.
