Happy Kids

I bought this Gymboree Garden Friends set for $1 at Once Upon a Child.  I was hoping it would fit her all spring, but I think I can maybe get one more wear out of it before it's too small.  It wasn't quite warm enough for short sleeves today, so I added this 12-18m Janie & Jack cardigan that I pulled out of TEDDY'S CLOSET.  He wore it in January.  It is a little big on her, but not so big that she couldn't wear it.  It also was a little small on Teddy, but not so small he couldn't wear it.  Sheesh.

Bunny Tights!

Tillie was so excited to wear these Circo bunny tights today.  I got them yesterday since they were finally 50% off.  She didn't need them, so I kept waiting for another markdown.  If they go to 70% and they still have them I'll get the navy cats or these in the next size up.  She's wearing them with a Gap Festive Holiday dress.  She would have worn black flats, if she wasn't going to school.

Auntie Hand-Me-Downs

My college roommate bought this dress in Spain when we got our referral for Kizie.  Kiz let me borrow it for pictures of Tillie and now again for Beatrix.  I dressed her in all the same accessories that Til wore.

I *think* it would still fit Beatrix at Easter, but just in case I wanted to take them now.  When you look at the pictures of Tillie you can see that even though Bea's hair is light, it's a lot darker than Tillie's!

Day 7 - Happy Valentine's Day!

We hadn't planned on going anywhere today, but with a split second decision to go to Horrocks meant as many layers as I could put on them.

He's wearing a Gap striped v-neck tee(OUAC), Carter's gray skinny jeans(that are 3t and are actually skinny on him!) and TOMS.

And, my sweet girls on Galentine's Day.

My mom bought them the Carter's heart tees last year when I was still pregnant.  Tillie's wearing hers with a Hanna Andersson skirt and Circo tights and shoes.  She started out with this bow, but switched it out when she saw I had another one that was the same as Bea's.

Bebe is wearing her tee over a white Gap Peter Pan collared dress.  Her polka dotted socks are Gap(and I think navy dots, but I didn't have time to find anything else... They're dark!) and Gymboree shoes with a Carter's bow.

Day 2

Today Tillie wore the DreamSpun vintage tee she wore on the 14th last year.  This time she paired it with a Crazy 8 cord skirt and Circo leggings.

Teddy wore a Carter's tee with H&M knit-waist jeans.

Beatrix wore a Gap Love chambray dress with pink BabyLegs.

So Blue

A Stripey Day

Tillie is wearing a crewcuts sequined tee with Gap jeans and Circo cat shoes.

Pink Sisters

The other day when my matching hairbow order came in I asked Tillie, "Do you like matching Bea?"  She replied, "Yes, but not every day."  I told her if she ever wanted to stop to let me know, but now I'm loving that they let me do this.

I bought these dresses from Next with a $20 off referral code I had.  Bea's came with coordinating tights.  My friend made her white bow headband and she's wearing Gap boots.  These boots are adorable and warm, but I constantly have to be on "boot watch" if she's wearing them when we're out since they always fall off.

Tillie's wearing hers with Gap jeans and Circo boots.  You can't see it, but her clip is a Hello Kitty head.  She picked it out at a recent craft sale.

Christmas Church Outfits

We were almost(okay, were) late for church this morning, so I didn't get many retakes this morning.  You can still kind of see their outfits.

Bea is wearing a polka dotted Old Navy dress I bought during their 50% off Black Friday preview sale.  Her headband is from a local school craft fair.  Her socks are Gymboree purchased when I was pregnant on a super-clearance and the shoes had been Tillie's.

Tillie's wearing a DreamSpun Christmas dress my mom got from their samples.  It has a little spot on the back neck, but her hair covers it.  She adores this dress and I quite like it on her too!  Her knee socks are Gymboree, her bow is Dear Grace & Parker and her shoes are Circo.  I made her necklace a year ago.  She has quite a few dressy Christmas outfits, but I think this one might be the winner for the church Christmas program.  We'll see how I feel on the 14th.

Teddy's wearing a Gap sweater and chambray shirt with Old Navy pants.  The pants are a 2t and actually getting a little short, but we paired them with striped Circo socks and called it good.  He was happy I told him to wear his gray TOMS today.  Gap has a version of this sweater every year and this 2t is from 2 years ago.  He wore it once for some pictures and I'm not very happy with how it washed up.  I think I need to take a sweater comb to it.

More Swim

You saw one set of the kids swimwear on the 4th, but here are their other suits this summer.

Glamorous Tillie in her two-piece Circo tankini.  She picked the gold Salt-Waters and they really work.  The bottoms on this 5t suit are too big and while Tillie likes this suit, she has requested that I buy more one-pieces for next summer.

Because I'm a sucker for coordinating, I got Teddy this Gap color-blocked suit.  It's an 18-24m and I'm constantly pulling it up.  He's three months from three people!

Happy 4th of July!

 Tillie's wearing a Gap Dressy Styles dress I got for $3 at a consignment sale.  It's hard to see, but there are stars all over it.

Teddy is wearing a Gap slub tee from this summer with big gingham shorts from last summer.  I would have rather him have a red shirt or a blue shirt closer to the color of his shorts, but I got this tee cheap, so I went with it.  Blue is currently his favorite color, so he's happy.

Bea is wearing a Gymboree Sailor Baby outfit.  I adore it.

At Uncle Matt's house they all went in the pool.

Tillie's swimsuit is Circo from Target.

I bought Tillie's because it coordinated with Bea's Gymboree suit.

Teddy's suit is from Gap.

After swimming, Tillie wanted to wear the extra dress I had packed for her.  It's the Baby Sara dress I won from My Little Jules a few years ago.  It's a size 3, but obviously sized very generously.

Red, White & Blue Week!

It's here!  With oddly colored pictures because I only pretend to know how to use my brother's camera!

Teddy is wearing a Gap Cannes tee with Gymboree Beach Crawler shorts and Old Navy flip-flops.  I found out this morning that he can put these flip-flops on my himself, which totally made my day.

Tillie's wearing a Gap Surf tank with crewcuts star shorts.  Blue lips courtesy of a red, white and blue popsicle she had in the bath last night.

Bea is wearing a Circo dress that was a baby gift to Tillie.  If I'm remembering correctly, it was from my friend Linds.  It looks just as cute on Bea.  We accessorized with a Dear Grace and Parker bow.  She'll probably wear one of these every day since I bought a three pack of red, white and blue bows that have stars on them.  They were half price during a facebook flash sale.  I couldn't resist.

Tulips?

I don't know, but maybe the flowers on this Circo dress are tulips?  It is nearly Tulip Time!  This dress was Tillie's, but the Circo leggings were recently purchased.  The headband is from Dear Grace and Parker on Etsy.

Totally Awesome

My mom bought Tillie this outfit yesterday(40% off sale at Gap!) and she had to wear it today.  She did wear a white cardigan to school, but I'm sure she took it off right away.  The Gap Garden Green shirt is a 5t and the Gap Surf skirt is a 4-5(and runs slim in the waist).  I can't believe my girl is old enough to wear clothes from Kid Girl!

Bea is wearing a Carter's set I bought for the cardigan so she could wear it on Easter.  It was on super-clearance at Birch Run in January. I added Circo Leggings since it's still cool.  She stayed home all day, so I skipped the socks that always fall off.

Sunny Sunday

Oh, these silly kiddos.  Tillie is wearing a crewcuts cardigan with a white Old Navy layering tank.  I just bought her Hen & Chic(I can find NOTHING about this "brand" online.  It's handmade.) skirt at a consignment sale Friday.  It has a wiener dog applique that wraps around the skirt.  Teddy thinks it's hilarious.  I actually bought it in 2 colors because they were only $5.  The other is more orange/pink/brown.  I think she'll wear this one this summer with a navy or white  favorite tank and the orange one next fall with boots and a brown tee.

Teddy is wearing a Gymboree button-up(thrift store), Circo tie, Sonoma pants and navy TOMS.  He didn't want to wear the tie.  I said, "It's kind of like a daddy tie."  He replied, "Kinda like, no."  I told him he had to try it anyway and then he left it on no problem.

Christmas Angel

Because if you can't wear a star tiara/headband to church at Christmas when you're 4, when can you?

Tillie's wearing a Gap sweater dress that I bought last year at Christmas with rewards and a sale.  My local stores never had it, but when I saw it online I just had to have it.  Thankfully she's okay with long sleeves now because these wouldn't roll very well.  Her headband and necklace are crewcuts, her tights are Gap and her bronze sparkle shoes are crewcuts.

Teddy, well, Ted doesn't have as many Christmasy themed outfits as Tillie.  So many of them seem to feature dogs wearing antlers which just isn't my style.  I tried to get him some more things this year and just didn't find anything.  He's wearing a Gap Le Marais gingham one-piece and Military Prep cardigan.  He wore this recently, but it still does look vaguely festive with Christmas so close.

Long Sleeves and Long Pants

Tillie being open to wearing sweaters and jeans is making my life so much easier this year.  In fact, there are even days she suggests jeans and long sleeves!  To school today she wore her new Gap skinny jeans(5t), Mini-Boden ruffle tank(3-4) and Gap Northern Lights hooded cardigan(XS4-5).  I found the cardigan at Goodwill this summer, so it was worth taking a risk on buying something she would have hated last year!  Her brown Circo boots are from a garage sale(or possible a consignment sale).

Ted was really excited when I pulled out this Circo snowboarding bear waffle tee today.  He's wearing Gap jeans(that he's finally worn a hole in the knee) and Vans checkered shoes.  I got the shoes this spring from Piperlime with the credits I had.  (Piperlime is going to stop selling kids' shoes!  Sad.)

Tillie and I ran a few errands after coming home from Camp today.  She said, "Let's wear this beautiful one.  I love the doggies!  They're so cute!"  It's really an 18m dress that I gave to a friend as a baby gift.  She gave it back to me for a future daughter some day and Tillie saw it at home.  She asked to try it on, so I let her.  What do you know, it fits her like a tunic.  It's the Matilda Jane Lovely Bird dress.  I wish I had cute shorties to match(or that I hadn't sold the ballet leggings!), but these navy Circo bike shorts worked fine today.

Tillie's Choice

My sweet girl picked every part of her outfit today.  I suggested a Christmas tree shirt to match Ted, but she insisted on the Jumping Beans cookie tee, Circo petticoat, two gingerbread cookie hair clips and size 9 Circo sparkle shoes.  (She wears size 7.  Maybe 7.5.)  She kept going in the bathroom to check the mirror all morning.

Teddy's wearing a Circo tee that's a hand-me-down from Tillie.  It's not a Christmas shirt, but with a evergreen on it paired with a red plaid Peek shirt he looks pretty festive!  He's wearing Old Navy bootcut jeans.  I added brown Robeez boots when we went out.
