Backpacks!

Teddy has worn his Gymboree Wilderness Club backpack tee a number of times now.  It's 3-6m and the sleeves are getting a little short.  A month ago I found the same shirt in 3t for him.  It was a steal and too perfect for a son of Tim's.  As I was packing it away I thought, "Hey!  Tillie wears 3t right now."  It went in her suitcase for Camp.  Of course, it's been about a bajillion degrees for most of our time here.  This morning was deliciously cool so I pulled out their matching shirts.  Teddy is wearing Old Navy shorts and Tillie has a crewcuts chambray skirt to "girly" it up.

Tillie's also wearing new to us Livie and Luca shoes.  I had admired them on an online facebook page, but a friend of mine posted for them first.  When I stopped at her house to buy some boots for Tillie she offered to sell them to me since they wouldn't fit her girls for a while.  Tillie LOVES them.  She asked to put them on the minute she saw them and has worn them constantly since.  Perfect for $4.

Tillie did not want to model this morning.

A Camper and a Sweet Girl

Teddy's wearing another Gymboree Wilderness Club shirt today.  I suspect I will be looking for more of this line at garage sales and consignment sales this year.  It's cute with his little Gap jeans.

Yesterday I went shopping with the kids in Chicago to go to a couple stores we don't have in Grand Rapids.  And, to have dinner with my college roommate and her family.  Tillie asked this morning, "Robin's house?  Please!"  She did not appreciate my answer of "no".

I found this sweet little sleeveless dress at H&M-- only $4.95.  There were some polka dot and striped versions, but I'm a sucker for the screen print peter-pan collar and buttons.

The crewcuts Caroline cardigan is quite possibly the perfect cardigan.  Light-weight, but substantial, sweet buttons and a great length.  I predict many more of these to make an appearance in Tillie's closet.

The dress is size 2-4 and the cardigan is size 3.

Future Camp Counselor

Um, how freaking cute is this Gymboree Wilderness Club tee?  It looks like little Ted is wearing a backpack.  I could not resist this shirt, and Tim is pretty fond of it too.
