Day 3

Little Bebe is in a One Kid heart cardigan, Old Navy red polka dot dress, Gap ruffle socks, Livie & Luca Minnies and a headband a friend made.

Tillie wore a Gap heart tee(Goodwill), Gap skinny jeans and a My Little Pixies clip.

And, yes, I was phoning it in with Ted's outfit today.  At least he's wearing red!  It's a red Naartjie hoodie and Carter's knit pants.  The pants are a 2t and run small -- they're actually too short for him already.  The hoodie is also a 2t, but rather big.  All together it's a totally awesome outfit, no?

More Christmas

Just when you think my pictures can't get any worse. I bring you these three, all with bad lighting and questionable focus.

Tillie's outfit was darling, but you can't really tell.  She's wearing a Jumping Beans tee and Gap Lodge skirt($1 find at OUAC!  I'm a sucker for that line.).  She never left the house, so no shoes.

Teddy's wearing a Gap button-up and Jumping Beans tee I got 50% off at Once Upon a Child this week.  It's hard to find boy Christmas tees that aren't a dog wearing a santa hat.  He likes this one, but insists that it's a dog and not a bear.

Bea's wearing a Gap thermal I appliqued when Tillie was a baby.  Her jeans are also Gap.  Her bow is Dear Grace & Parker and I made the velvet headband to use with different clips.

Citrus Slices

I bought Tillie this Garnet Hill skirt at a garage sale this spring.  It fits her nicely even though it's a 4.  I paired it with two Gap tanks and Tillie picked out the Livie & Luca bloom sandals.  Her My Little Pixies clip is even a lemon slice!

Vacation Day

The kids have been counting down to our weekend at the Conference Grounds and it's finally here!  They have their backpacks stuffed with toys they want to take.  Tillie insisted they were in a picture.

Tillie is wearing a Hanna Andersson playdress and Livie & Luca Bloom sandals.  Teddy is wearing a Carter's polo, plaid Gap shorts and navy TOMS.

Gorgeous

The weather today is just perfect.  It's cooling off again for the rest of the week, but at least we can enjoy today!

Tillie's wearing a Hanna Andersson playdress I got at Costco last week.  There were a couple of patterns, but I was happy when she picked the on that was my favorite!  (I was sure she would go for the purple with polka dots.)  I didn't realize her smile was so wonky -- I quickly snapped this as we were walking into school.

Ted-Ted is wearing a Mini-Boden tee I got on clearance with a voucher last August.  His jeans are Gap and his shoes are Gap JunkFood.

Bea is wearing a Zutano hat/dress/leggings set I bought on Amazon with a crazy discount before I knew if we were having a girl or not.  We took the hat off so she could soak up some Vitamin D outside.

Wet Morning

It stopped raining by the time we left for preschool, but the kids saw the puddles outside and were excited to wear their rain boots.

Tillie is wearing a Mini-Boden elephant applique tee I got at Nordstrom Rack a couple weeks ago.  Both kids think it's hilarious that the elephant is wearing socks and shoes.  We paired it with a crewcuts denim mini and star leggings.  She got a hole in the leggings last time she wore them, which annoys me a little because she was playing in the living room.  I still have no idea how she did it.  Her Cherokee wellies are from Target and her Gap rain coat is from a garage sale.  (This one is size 5, she had the same coat in size 2 as well.  It's great because it's lined in fleece.)

Ted is wearing Hatley wellies and a rain coat that I bought for him on a facebook group a year ago.  His jeans are Gap and his shirt is Mini-Boden(from ThredUp.)

Repeats

So, it's Labor Day weekend -- it'd be crazy if they were wearing a summer outfit for the first time!  Most of the new things they've worn this month were either pulled out of a bigger size bin or just "restyled" with other pieces.  Today they're wearing outfits exactly like they've worn them this summer already.  They were still cute at the market, so I decided to take pictures anyway.

Tillie's rocking a Georgia Grace 'Simple Life' halter with homemade red shorties.  I also made the necklace.

Ted's mad that he's not eating more blueberries (or the macarons that weren't at the Market today!) so we have a pissy Ted picture.  He's wearing a Cherokee polo and Gap faded red shorts.

Also, matching tan Salt-Water surfer sandals.  It makes me smile.

Plaid Shorts

I love little man in plaid shorts.  My mom got these Gymboree Shark Alert ones super-cheap last winter.  I paired it with a Carter's Rocket tee and Circo seersucker shoes.

Tillie's wearing a Matilda Jane Bobbi Jo dress and Polkie Flare leggings.  She's worn this before, but I think it might have been layered every time it's been on the blog.

Polka Dots

Tillie picked out every part of her outfit today.  My mom bought Tillie this Petit Lem dress last August during Coast Guard Festival.  It was almost Tillie's Easter dress this year, but I think she'll end up wearing it with a cardigan and boots for Thanksgiving instead!

She's wearing it with a My Little Pixies clip, crewcuts "pearl" bracelet and yellow Salt-Water sandals.

Camp Cute

I think this outfit is a great mix of appropriate for Camp and still Tillie's style.  She's wearing a cream Gap Seaside tank.  It's size 3.  She wore it once last year, but it really was too big.  It fits a lot better this year.  I like the criss-cross straps in the back.  The pink knit shorts are Jumping Beans, purchased on extreme clearance last winter at Kohl's.  The necklace is crewcuts and I love it so much that I actually borrow it from time to time.  The My Little Pixies hydrangea clip is also a favorite of mine, but I don't borrow that one. ;)  Of course, her pink Keens make any "Camp" outfit.

Plaid Day!

Teddy is rocking a Gymboree Shark Alert plaid shirt and Carter's khaki shorts. The shirt, that he calls a 'daddy shirt', is from sale last fall where markdowns were 50% off plus I had a 20% off coupon( and my mom was with me. Win-win-win!) The shorts are from Once Upon a Child's dollar sale last summer.  (That sale starts tomorrow in G.R.!)

Tillie is wearing a plaid Ralph Lauren shirt from Goodwill and crewcuts denim Bermudas with her yellow Salt-waters.

Father's Day Produce

My kids "match" today because of embroidered fruits and veggies.

Tillie's wearing a 3t Gymboree Strawberry Farm pinafore dress.  I I to have her wear it once this summer because it's so darling, but it is a little short this year.

Teddy's romper is from the Gap Peter Rabbit line.  I lucked into this romper in 18-24m on price kill for under $5.  This line was very well done and it's noticeable in little things like the carrot and radish placement. There is one perfect spaced radish on each sleeve.  They're centered throughout the rest of the romper and the whole thing is lined with soft jersey.  Ted's still a little short for it, but I think it will fit nicely come August. (And hopefully I'll get a better picture of him in it by then!)

Sunny Friday!

It's a lovely day at Camp.  Tillie is wearing a Carter's skirt(thrift store) and Gymboree tee(same sale as Teddy's shorts earlier this week) with her yellow Salt-Water Sandals.

The skirt is really faded in a few places, but it was only 50¢ on half-price day.  I don't love the style of the white shirt, but my mom only paid 80¢ for it.  Perfect Camp outfit.

Nautical

I love a good nautical outfit.  This morning we had to run a couple errands on the other side of town.  I decided this was reason enough to dress the kids in cute outfits.

Tillie's wearing crewcuts chambray tunic and capri anchor leggings with a Gymboree necklace and yellow Salt-Waters.  She's worn a variation of this outfit many times, but this seems to be the first time she realized the tunic has pockets.

This Gap Cannes outfit of Teddy's is one the rare "new" outfits I bought him for this summer.  The majority of  his wardrobe this season was purchased used at garage sales, facebook and thrift stores.  While I liked everything when I bought it, I'm a little underwhelmed at the "outfits" his has.  It's a lot of pieces that don't go together.  Oh, I just remember that most of his shorts were purchased new during a crazy-awesome Gymboree sale.  But, they don't have specific matches.  We'll see what I come up with.  I'm currently struggling.

Anyway, I adore this little outfit.  My mom bought it for him on clearance last fall.  Still a little big, but cute none-the-less.  I really need to pack away the red shoes.  They just really make so many of his outfits.

Mall Errands

My sunshine yellow girl.  She's wearing an Old Navy top, crewcuts denim capris and yellow Salt-Water sandals.

Little Ted is wearing patchwork madras shorts from The Children's Place(thrift store) and an Old Navy raglan tee.  His sandals are "Squeak Me" sandals I got from ThredUp. ($10 off your first order if you use this link!)  They're actually girl sandals, but the only way you'd know is if you see the flower under his heel.  I bought them hoping they'd encourage him to walk, but he started walking before it got warm enough to wear them outside(at home).  Now he just wears them without the squeaker.  I think squeaky shoes are annoying so I don't want others to have to listen to them if they're like me.

Sandals

So, it's not really sandal weather yet, but after 25 years of rain we are more than enjoying today's sun.

If you say the word outside and Teddy is anywhere within earshot he will be at the door ready to go in 30 seconds or less.
He's wearing a Janie & Jack tee, Osh Kosh jeans and Elefanten sandals.  I got the size 19 sandals at the thrift store.

Tillie seems to have grown taller overnight.  I pulled these Gap Chelsea jeans(garage sale) out of her 4t bin this week.  She picked out this crewcuts sparkle star tee to match the My Little Pixies clip I got her yesterday.  Her yellow Salt-waters are going to be worn a lot this summer, I predict.  They're size 8 from Amazon and she has some room to grow, but her size 7s from last year are too small.
