Today was Tillie's second to last day of preschool. She picked a Naartjie dress over Gap jeans and Keens. Not my first choice in clothes, but it works for school and the playground. This dress is a size 3 and finally "fits" without being huge. I don't love the neckline on her though. She likes it so it will be fine for playing at Camp.
I know I said the pinwheel headband was too small, but I had to put it on Bea for just the picture. She stayed home so she didn't need any headwear. Her outfit is Gap Arctic Star from a Mom2Mom sale.

Penguins and Hikers
A lot of the time I try to make my kids clothes "go" with each other, or at the very least not clash. Today was not one of those days.
Tillie's wearing a Gap Artic Star penguin shirt with H&M jeans. It's nothing I'm all that excited about, but she was happy. It did seem appropriate for the amount of snow outside.
Ted has worn this Cherokee top a couple times already, but he likes it. Today when I put it on him I asked him who likes to go hiking, he replied, "Grandpa!" I was expecting "Daddy", but "Grandpa" is also true and I think my dad will like his answer. His jeans are Old Navy and his boots are Livie & Luca. He's also wearing Old Navy boot socks that looked so cute popping out of his boots while he was in the shopping cart at Target.

Sweater Romper
You may have noticed that I'm a sucker for a cute sweater romper. I got Teddy this Gap Arctic Star one on a facebook garage sale site. It's 12-18m and will definitely fit him the whole winter. I'm thinking that the neutral stripes will look great in January. It has a lot of gray tones in it, but I chose to pull out the brown for fall by pairing it with his brown Gap boots and Tiny Tangerine owl hat. The hat is another hand-me-down from Tillie!
He's so cute I could just eat him up.
