Exploring the Flood

I took the kids downtown today to check out the Grand River flooding.  I really should go more often, they LOVE it there.  They were happy as can be to walk along the river, pop into a few shops and just enjoy the change in scenery.

Teddy wore Genuine Kids jeans, Carter's bodysuit and his Carter's Dino tee Tillie wore last month.  It's been washed and dried now so it's a touch smaller.  It's still amazing to me that she could wear it comfortably.

Tillie wore a Gap Woodstock tee(perfect for Earth Day!), crewcuts jeggings and cardigan.

It was a lovely day, over 60*.  I'm still not used to dressing in warmer weather since it's been winter for so long.  Tillie (and Teddy, he started out with one too) eagerly shed their cardigans once they felt the sun shine.

Outfit Redo

Today after Teddy's haircut we drove out to Holland since it finally stopped raining.  They're both wearing things they wore together last fall.  Tillie wore her striped crewcuts ruffle dress and Gap cherry tubes.  This is one of Tillie's favorite dresses, comfy and not long-sleeved.

Teddy's Peek... Aren't You Curious button-up fits him much better now.  He's also wearing Crazy 8 skinny jeans(12-18m) I got at the thrift store for 50¢ on Tuesday.

Up On The Barn

This might be my new photo shoot spot until it's warm enough to go outside (and Teddy decides to start walking).  They both think it's pretty funny, so they're good sports about the photos.   In fact, as soon as I put Tillie up there Teddy started calling out "Cheese!" from his chair.

Tillie's wearing a crewcuts "Dance" tee and striped cardigan, H&M heart patch jeans and Gap Cherry shoes.  We're not going anywhere today, so I let her pick out spring shoes that aren't snow-friendly.

Teddy's wearing a Gap Cabana short-sleeved button-up under a Gap Naval Academy striped v-neck and Old Navy boot-cut jeans.  I wanted his See Kai Run shoes, but I couldn't find them.  (I did 1 minute afer this picture was taken, of course.)

Party Prep

We spent today getting our house and yard ready for Tillie's party on Sunday night.  She wore a Carter's tunic/dress I got at a garage sale for 75¢ and Hanna Andersson capris.  Of course we had to pair it with her Gap Cherry shoes.

Spring Break Day 3

Today is likely to be the best weather of our trip, 64* and sunny.  I figured if Tillie was going to wear the skirt I bought it would be today.  She wore this same outfit last summer when we went to Big Star Lake.  The top is from Gymboree's Greek Isle Style, the skirt is Jumping Bean and the shoes are Gap Cherry.  Her pacifier has a seahorse on it too.  We've kind of taken a HUGE step back with pacifier use during this vacation.  Naps are nearly non-existent though.

I saw this striped Cherokee tee at Target last week and knew Teddy needed it for this trip.  It kind of gives off a Mini-Boden vibe for me.  He's wearing it with a Carter's bodysuit and Gap denim.

Matchiness of Sorts

Both of my kids are wearing Ralph Lauren today.  Teddy's light blue coverall is a hand-me-down from Reuben.  Tillie's dress was $2 at a garage sale.

Simple Stripes

Today was an errands and chill at home day.  Since it stopped raining sooner than we thought Tillie I went to Meijer's.  She's wearing Gap Playtime Favorites and Gap Cherry shoes.  Her glasses are Gymboree's Safari Fashion.  I'm surprised they're not in more pictures, because she wears them all. the. time.

Red, White and Blue

Tillie wore a Crazy8 chambray jumper and red polka dotted Old Navy ruffle henley to church today.  She chose the Gap navy ballet flats with cherries on them, and they actually were a good match($1 at a garage sale!).  She kind of looked like she was ready for the first day of school.
