Random Wednesday

Today Bea's wearing a Gymboree Happy Hedgehog fall dress, but it was too big last fall. Kizie gave it to her. The striped BabyLegs are technically all the right colors, but I don't really love the styles together. It was too cold for just tights, so she had to go layered.

Day 2

Today Tillie wore the DreamSpun vintage tee she wore on the 14th last year.  This time she paired it with a Crazy 8 cord skirt and Circo leggings.

Teddy wore a Carter's tee with H&M knit-waist jeans.

Beatrix wore a Gap Love chambray dress with pink BabyLegs.

A Quick Gardens Stop

I had a few errands on the other side of town, so I decided to make it an "event" and go to the Gardens.  I let the kids watch Elf in the car and they thought it was awesome!

Tillie wore a Jumping Beans top and Cherokee tutu skirt with crewcuts tights and Circo cat shoes.

Teddy's first choice of shirt (a size 3 Tea Collection tee) was too big, so he settled for this Tea fox shirt.  It's layered over a Rabbit Moon button-up (50% off at OUAC) that doesn't really match, but he didn't want to take it off.  It is pretty soft, actually.  Gap jeans and TOMS complete his outfit.

Today we made Bea's Zutano swing top even more festive by adding Christmas BabyLegs,  She's also wearing a Carter's bodysuit and Old Navy tights.  Her bow is Dear Grace and Parker.

4th Sunday of Advent

Tillie's wearing an outfit that fit last year and I loved it so much I checked to see if it still fit this year.  Win!  It does!  It's a Gap Lodge dress with a crewcuts ski cardigan.  She's wearing Target Fuggs and a DreamSpun bow.

Teddy's wearing a Gap Desert Plains sweater(2012, but they make this style every year) with crewcuts cords and an Arizona button-up.  The cords are a 3 and too big, but he got a hole in his 2t chinos and I'm not buying another pair in that size!

She's Irresistible.

Oh, my sweet girl.  Today she's wearing a Gap dress from my cousin, BabyLegs and Gap boots with a Dear Grace and Parker glitter bow.  I did add a cardigan when we ran errands, but I wanted you to be able to see her cute dress without covering it all up!

Christmas Red

I bought this Crazy 8 dress for around $3 when I was pregnant with Teddy.  It's size 0-3 months and if he had been a girl I planned for it to be his(her?) 1st Christmas dress.  Since he was my Teddy the dress got packed away.  I took it out recently when a friend was due with her baby.  She didn't know what she was having and if she had had a girl I would have given it to her.  She had a boy, so it's been laying around Bea's room for a couple months.  Today I picked it up and reazlied that it looked pretty big for a 0-3m dress.

I decided to try it on her and it fits well, except the sleeves are a little short.  It would have been ginormous on baby Ted.  She's wearing it with BabyLegs and Gap boots. Her glitter bow is Dear Grace & Parker.

Red at Church

My kids Christmas outfits were perfect for Valentine's week this year!  Teddy's outfit didn't change at all: Gap Festive Holiday sweater, gray Gap ringspun polo, Old Navy plaid pants and gray Converse.

Tillie's wearing her Jason Wu for Target red dress with a polka dot Marks & Spencer cardigan I found at Goodwill. (You can't see it, but there are cute red bows on the pockets of this sweater.)  Her gray tights are Gap and her sparkle shoes are Circo.  I let her pick out what she wanted in her hair and she went for the red Dreamspun bow.  When I helped her off the piano bench I called her a "Valentine Princess", so then she wanted to wear a crown.  She wore her crewcuts tiara headband to church instead.

Layers

We went to an outdoor outlet mall a couple hours away today.  I wanted the kids to be warm so they had one less possible thing to complain about.

Teddy's wearing a Gap Holiday Wonderland knight sweater over a Ralph Lauren plaid shirt.  His jeans are Genuine Kids and he's wearing Old Navy boot socks with his red TOMS.  Most of the time he was also wearing his new knit newsboy camp my cousin made, but somehow that didn't make it in the picture.  With that, his blankie and the bunting bag on his stroller seat he was nice and cozy!

I was kind of jealous of Tillie's outfit.  She's wearing a Gap Copper Mountain fleece tunic(5t) with crewcuts jeggings.  She's wearing Gymboree knee highs AND BabyLegs with her dark brown Target Fuggs to stay nice and warm.  (She also wore her Gap Warmest Coat when we weren't loading/unloading from car seats.)

Go Knights!

The Calvin-Hope game is today, so I appropriately decked my kids out in Calvin gear.  Tillie's shirt we bought on sale at the Campus Store and Ted's matching one is from half price day at the thrift store.  Tillie's wearing hers with a Crazy 8 tulle skirt, flowered BabyLegs, DreamSpun bow and CircoFuggs.  Teddy's wearing Old Navy jeans and Livie & Luca boots.

Party Clothes

We had our first Christmas party of the year with Tim's family tonight.  Teddy had to be woken up from his afternoon nap to get there in time.  He wasn't so sure about that, but once we got there he was excited.  He's wearing a Crazy 8 plaid shirt, Gymboree vest and red Gap skinny jeans.  I don't know how long he'll let me dress him in outfits like this, but right now he seems to like it so I'm going with it.

Tillie's wearing a Gap Lodge dress, crewcuts cardigan, flowered BabyLegs and Circo Fuggs.  She requested "princess pigtails", but also asked that they be "low".  She approved when I was done.

I wish Philip hadn't needed his camera back yesterday as these outfits were so cute, and I just don't think you can fully tell with this crappy lighting and my subpar photography skills.

Animals Totally Wear Accessories

Ted's wearing his Gap Poppy fox in a scarf sweater.  He's worn this a couple of times this month already -- how could I not!?

Tillie's wearing a Cherokee deer in glasses tee with a pink Gap Outlet cord skirt.  She rejected the tights I had because they're "scratchy", but accepted the pink BabyLegs.

Just Clothes

There's nothing special about these outfits today.  Both of their t-shirts are from Goodwill even!  Perfect for running to Camp, hanging at home and another Goodwill trip.

Teddy's wearing a Gap Gosford Park S'mores tee, Gap jeans and Robeez boots.  I'm sure you're all shocked I bought this tee.  Maybe it will still fit at Camp this summer.

Tillie's wearing a random American Apparel 'Mm' tee.  It's a 4, so she'll be able to wear it for a while.  This, however, is not a shirt I'll be able to pass down to another daughter.  (Maybe it will fit their friend Mabel when Tillie's done with it!)  She has it layered over a Cherokee tee.  She also picked out a navy crewcuts skirt and rainbow BabyLegs.

Christmas Tree Tee

Here's Tillie's other holiday themed Jumping Beans tee.  I bought it the same time I bought the cookie one.  She's worn this one a number of times already, but this is the first picture I've gotten of it.  Today she's wearing it with a Mini-Boden purple cord skirt, polka-dot BabyLegs and Freycoo boots.

Christmas Cookies & a Treehouse

 This morning Tillie went with Kizie to a Families of International Children party.  There's a lot of little crafts, games and cookie decorating, so this Jumping Beans tee was perfect.  I got it super cheap after Christmas a year or two ago.  I think it looks really cute with this pink crewcuts skirt and Christmas themed BabyLegs.  Her clip was a Christmas present from Aunt Betsy a couple years ago and is shaped like a present.

I have the feeling this outfit will be repeated for Preschool this month.  It just seems right for that.

Teddy ran errand with me and Tim wearing a Gap Tree House body double and Gap jeans.  I love that this shirt has a tiny little v-neck.

Bright and Cheery

Today Tillie wanted to wear "all the colors!"  I pulled out a Ralph Lauren polo dress from her closet.  It's a 4t, but I always think these dresses run a little small.  It's still a little short as you can see the white top of her striped BabyLegs leggings.  Her necklace is crewcuts.

Amarillo

This morning was "wear your favorite color to school" day for Tillie.  She stood out in this Old Navy yellow top.  The majority of the girls were head to toe in pink.  I paired it with a crewcuts denim skirt and rainbow striped BabyLegs.  While Tillie does love yellow, she's just a fan of color in general.

Tillie's Choice

After I pulled this crewcuts dress out of the closet today, Tillie insisted on wearing these striped BabyLegs leggings.  I didn't think it would look good, but hey, she's two!  After I put them on and added the crewcuts necklace I kind of loved it.  She was happy to prance around the mall in her "pincess" dress.

My Christmas Elf

We told Tillie that Kizie's birthday was tomorrow.  She insisted on wearing a party hat today.

 

She's also wearing a red Old Navy tee, chambray Crazy8 dress and Christmas BabyLegs.  This year I didn't buy her as many Christmas themed outfits, I just made outfits look Christmas-y with accessories.

Unhappy Model

Tillie was in no mood to pose for me this morning.  She's wearing a Mini-Boden bunny applique tee and cord skirt that I got from the lot on craigslist.  She's also wearing a pair of BabyLegs because while it's sunny, it's still cool today.

When she went out to play this afternoon she put her green frog boots on.  It actually looked adorable together!
