Day 7 - Happy Valentine's Day!

We hadn't planned on going anywhere today, but with a split second decision to go to Horrocks meant as many layers as I could put on them.

Day 6

Look at this guy.  So freaking cute.

He's wearing a Gap striped v-neck tee(OUAC), Carter's gray skinny jeans(that are 3t and are actually skinny on him!) and TOMS.

And, my sweet girls on Galentine's Day.

My mom bought them the Carter's heart tees last year when I was still pregnant.  Tillie's wearing hers with a Hanna Andersson skirt and Circo tights and shoes.  She started out with this bow, but switched it out when she saw I had another one that was the same as Bea's.

Bebe is wearing her tee over a white Gap Peter Pan collared dress.  Her polka dotted socks are Gap(and I think navy dots, but I didn't have time to find anything else... They're dark!) and Gymboree shoes with a Carter's bow.

Day 5

I love these Old Navy dresses.  Tillie's wearing hers with Gap skinny jeans.  Bea wore matching Old Navy heart tights when we went to Costco.

Teddy's GQ pose is all his own. (Even though this pic is blurry I had to choose it.)  He's wearing a Carter's tee with Gap Playtime Favorites striped pants.  He wore red and navy striped socks with his TOMS to Costco.

Day 4

Today we have Ted in a Hanna Andersson XOXO tee and Next lined star cuff jeans.  (These are his favorite jeans.)  Beatrix is wearing an Old Navy bodysuit that says "owl be your valentine" with Gap skinny jeans and socks.  We managed to lose a sock at Target, so this is their last picture.

Day 3

Little Bebe is in a One Kid heart cardigan, Old Navy red polka dot dress, Gap ruffle socks, Livie & Luca Minnies and a headband a friend made.

Tillie wore a Gap heart tee(Goodwill), Gap skinny jeans and a My Little Pixies clip.

And, yes, I was phoning it in with Ted's outfit today.  At least he's wearing red!  It's a red Naartjie hoodie and Carter's knit pants.  The pants are a 2t and run small -- they're actually too short for him already.  The hoodie is also a 2t, but rather big.  All together it's a totally awesome outfit, no?

Day 2

Today Tillie wore the DreamSpun vintage tee she wore on the 14th last year.  This time she paired it with a Crazy 8 cord skirt and Circo leggings.

Teddy wore a Carter's tee with H&M knit-waist jeans.

Beatrix wore a Gap Love chambray dress with pink BabyLegs.

Valentine's Week!

Hooray!  Red and/or Pink Week is here!  I have the kids outfits planned for everyday and they have a lot of great things to wear -- too many options even.  I like red, pink and hearts, so it's on a lot of their clothes anyway.

Teddy is wearing red Gap skinny jeans and a Gap Urban Adventures chambray tee.  He had Livie & Luca fox shoes at church, but I didn't get a picture of him there.

Tillie's wearing a flutter dress I made years ago.  I think it's technically a McCall's size 2, but as you can see it runs super-wide.  It's just about too short for her as a dress, but with Gymboree tights and shorts under it it worked.  Her bow and necklace are DreamSpun and her shoes are Circo.

Beatrix is wearing a Gap Love Collection sweater dress, craft show headband, OshKosh tights and Gymboree shoes.

Happy Valentine's Day!

My sweet prince is wearing a Gap Valentine's shirt I got at Once Upon a Child for a $1.  It's the outlet version, but it appears to be more like retail quality.  "Mama, dis my crown shirt!"  He's a fan.  He's wearing it with Genuine Kid skinny jeans and red TOMS(the perfect shoe for this week!).

Tillie's wearing a DreamSpun vintage 'I've got a majorette crush on you' valentine tee, crewcuts cardigan, Hanna Andersson skirt, Old Navy Tights and Circo sparkle shoes.  How's that for brand mixing?  I bought the tee during an end of season sale in December and the tights were from last year.  It's not my favorite of the outfits she wore this week(I think that goes to Tuesday.), but she loves it.

Hugs & Kisses!

I had to bribe Tillie for this one.  I promised her after we got home she could put on whatever she wanted to wear(but so far she's kept it on...).  Teddy was OVER THE MOON that he was wearing a matching shirt.  The shirts are Hanna Andersson.  Teddy's is an 80 I bought for him on facebook last year and Tillie's is a 90 I bought at Goodwill(for Ted, actually).  I think the shirts might be from different years because the color red and size of the XOXO are a little different.  Still, you better believe they got a lot of comments at the mall!

Today Tillie is wearing a Gap Northern Brights tunic(size 4-5) I got at Once Upon a Child during their sale.  She should easily be able to wear it next year as well.  We paired it with Costco Hanna Andersson Livable Leggings and pink mary jane TOMS.

Teddy's wearing a Gap Micro Fleece pullover with Genuine Kids skinny jeans.  He later wore TOMS on our errands.

"I no yike red TOMS.  I wear these shoes."

20 More Years, Please

Sure, his Carter's shirt says he's the Most Eligible Bachelor, but he's only 2. ;)  He's also wearing red Gap skinny jeans and gray Cons.  AND! He has a haircut scheduled for next Tuesday.  I can't wait.

Tillie's wearing a flutter dress I made for her 3 years ago.  It's apparently a McCall's size 2.  Yeah.  It finally fits and she LOVES it.  I added a flower button to the back last week and it's like I gave her the moon.  She's talked about that flower button no less than 4 times today.  Since it's cold, we layered a crewcuts tissue tee and jeggings under it.  The size 4 jeggings are WAY too short, but they still work with boots.  Her bow and necklace are from DreamSpun.

Birds and Stripes

Today Tillie's wearing a Gap Valentine's Day bird tee(Goodwill?  Somewhere cheap!) with her H&M heart patch jeans.  (Which, H&M DOES have online right now.  The waist band is pink which I don't love, but if they get them in-store I'll probably pick them up-- if I have a coupon.)  She wore her pink mary jane TOMS at school.

Red at Church

My kids Christmas outfits were perfect for Valentine's week this year!  Teddy's outfit didn't change at all: Gap Festive Holiday sweater, gray Gap ringspun polo, Old Navy plaid pants and gray Converse.

Tillie's wearing her Jason Wu for Target red dress with a polka dot Marks & Spencer cardigan I found at Goodwill. (You can't see it, but there are cute red bows on the pockets of this sweater.)  Her gray tights are Gap and her sparkle shoes are Circo.  I let her pick out what she wanted in her hair and she went for the red Dreamspun bow.  When I helped her off the piano bench I called her a "Valentine Princess", so then she wanted to wear a crown.  She wore her crewcuts tiara headband to church instead.

Red &/or Pink Week!

We love all holidays in this house and Valentine's Day is no exception.  I've got all the kids' outfits hanging in their closets for the rest of the week.  Am I crazy?  Probably, but at least I'm having fun.

Tillie's wearing a crewcuts striped tee that has a sequin heart on the pocket.  Yeah, we're off to a pretty good start for this theme week.  Tillie actually has more outfits that were perfect for this week than she's ever had before.  In the past she's worn a red tee with a jean skirt for one of the days.  Not this week.  I'm even leaving out items she owns that have hearts on them because she has too many.  (Kind of like Red/White & Blue week last summer...)  She's also wearing Gap skinny jeans, pink mary jane TOMS, and a Dreamspun necklace and bow.  I think I would have liked this outfit better with boots, but she picked the shoes.

Teddy actually has three Valentine themed shirts this year(Gotta love thrift stores and garage sales!), but today he's wearing a Naartjie tee over an Old Navy thermal.  His jeans are 77 Kids.

Valentine's Day!

It's finally here!  You may have noticed that there was no post of their red and pink outfits yesterday.  That's because I had food poisoning and no one changed out of pajamas all day long.  (Something that I don't think ever's happened over here before.)  They were both wearing red, um, *cough* Christmas *cough* pajamas, so maybe that counts?  I might have at least Teddy wear the last outfit I was planning tomorrow.

Today!  Tillie's wearing a black H&M layering tee, red velvet Old Navy dress, Gap Valentines heart tights and black Stride Rite shoes.  I feel like this dress is already shorter than when she wore it at Christmas.  Crazy.

Tim even surprised her with a Valentine on her door this morning.

My little man Ted is wearing an H&M elbow-patch cardigan, The Children's Place gingham button-up, Gap Naval Academy jeans, Freycoo shoes and a sweet little heart bow tie that I made him.

The tie didn't turn out exactly how I planned, but since it was sewn entirely out of material from my stash it's just perfect for likely one day of wear.

Maybe sometime when I'm borrowing Philip's camera I'll dress them up again so I can get better pictures of their outfits.  I think they look so cute together today.  (Not that they don't every day, but, you know.)

Hanna Andersson Valentines

 I got Tillie this Hanna Andersson (size 90) sweater at a garage sale last spring.  Tillie doesn't love sweaters, but I think it was only $2 so I couldn't resist it.  Luckily, she doesn't mind this one because of the heart.  She's wearing it with her chambray crewcuts ruffle skirt, Gymboree tights and Morgan and Milo woodstocks.

Teddy is wearing a Hanna Andersson (size 80) t-shirt I bought from someone off facebook last fall.  I thought it was going to be too big this year, but we just might get two years out of it.  It shouldn't be a surprise, but I love how thick and soft the cotton is.  He's also wearing Gap jeans and See Kai Run shoes.

Ruffle Tank, Hipster Boots & Messy Shirts

I picked out this crewcuts ruffle tank and red Caroline cardigan for Tillie to wear today last night.  This morning I pulled out her Old Navy 3t skinny jeans.  They're too short!  So, I tight rolled them and added boots.  I love these Circo boots, but Tillie is not a fan.  We're not going anywhere today, so it was just for the picture.  It's cute and hipstery like this.  Maybe she's wearing the ruffle tank and socks ironically?

The best part?  As soon as she was dressed she went and found a harmonica for the picture. I guess the hipster footwear rubbed off on her.

Teddy was wearing Old Navy jeans, a Carter's bodysuit and a Janie and Jack tee.  I took this picture when it was only moderately messy.  About 20 minutes later he poured a cup of juice down the front.

Mr. Man & Girly-Girl

Today Teddy is rocking a heart tie bodysuit I made when Tillie was a baby.  I sold a few of them then, but this tie was crooked so I remade it for my friend.  This one I kept and it's never been worn, until I remembered it this weekend.  It worked well under a Gap Military Prep cardigan and Naval Academy skinny jeans for church today.

I love this guy.

Sunny Saturday

After Tillie picked out this pink sparkle star crewcuts tee she declared it "Star Day!"  I'm not sure what that involves beyond wearing a star snap clip as well.

She's also wearing a Cherokee polka-dotted layering tee and crewcuts bootcut jeans.

Teddy's wearing a white Carter's bodysuit, a red and white striped Zutano tee and OshKosh overalls.

They both declined my offer for socks and shoes.  I think that will have to change if we do end up leaving today.

Snow Day Pink

It was a snow day for Tim today!  I kind of have a loose rule of staying home all day on snow days.  If the roads are bad enough for no school I feel like it means I shouldn't go out.  Since we weren't going anywhere I let Tillie pick her outfit out on her own.

She picked a brown Gap tank, berry crewcuts city tee(with pushed sleeves), Cherokee tutu skirt, Gymboree socks(They're kind of like Dora!) and Morgan and Milo sparkle shoes.  She's been wearing this heart necklace most days lately.
