Real Spring!

There are still crazy snow piles in our front yard, but today has a high of 63*!  We celebrated by wearing short sleeves.

Tillie is wearing a crewcuts sequin heart tee and K Bella Bambino ruffles with her pink mary jane TOMS.  You can tell she's gotten taller since last summer!

Ted is wearing a striped crewcuts tee with Gap Naval Academy skinny jeans and his JunkFood Star Wars slip-ons.  This is just such a "boy" outfit to me.  Ted is standing weird because his sunglasses fall off the moment he moves.  And I was worried about the 0-2 Gymboree glasses being too small.  They were only 60 cents, so I took the chance!

Back at Home

Ah, back at home with their entire wardrobe to choose from.  Well, from what's clean.  We have a bit of laundry to do after moving home from Camp.

Teddy's wearing a Mini-Boden tee I got from their recent end of season sale.  It was $7, plus I found a free shipping code.  It's size 18-24m, which as it usually does, runs about a full size big for my kids.  I'm sure he'll be able to wear this next spring and most likely summer too.  His 18-24m Crazy 8 skinny jeans are from Once Upon a Child's recent dollar sale.  He had these same jeans in 12-18m from the thrift store and I was happy to find them in the next size up for such a deal!  I've been wanting red TOMS for him for awhile now.  When they were available from Zulily this summer I couldn't resist!  They had them in the Spring too, so if you're interested you should sign up through the link.  They always send out a "warning" e-mail a day or two before they list them.  Today they had Hanna Andersson, so it's usually worth a look each morning.

It's crazy how much cooler this summer is compared to last year!

Camping Church

It was predicted to be cool this morning and I knew Tillie would complain at church if she was cold.  So, instead of a dress I packed her K Bella Bambino ruffle pants.  I added a Mini-Boden ruffle tank and white crewcuts Caroline cardigan.  It ended up working well because she was covered from the sun while she played outside all afternoon.  This top washes her out a little, but she loved it.

Mother's Day

In the past I've had the kids wearing their Easter outfits again on Mother's Day.  Usually the long sleeves are switched to short and cardigans are left in the closet.  This Mother's Day is just as cold(if not colder!) than our early Easter this year.  Weird.

I don't like tights after Easter and I knew Tillie would complain about being cold so I ditched the idea of her Easter dress.  Instead she's wearing her 18m Matilda Jane Pearl dress as a shirt, a polka dotted Cherokee layering tee and K Bella Bambino ruffle pants.  I got the ruffle pants at a garage sale for $4 last week.  They're a 5t and I think they're suppose to be cropped pants, at least that's how they're going to end up fitting my girl.

We gave her the Cherokee necklace for her birthday.  She thinks it is so awesome because I have a teal necklace in a similar style.  "We have the same stones, Mama!"
