Yep, this shirt again. Yesterday morning Tillie was digging in her closet for "fancy shoes" to wear and Ted was not to be left out. He went in his closet and found a pair of Gap Junk Food Star Wars slip-ons I bought ahead in size 6. (They were only $6 from $30!) They're still a little big, but they're wearable. He insisted on wearing them the rest of the day and today. When I asked him what he wanted to wear today he said his Star Wars shoes AND his Star Wars shirt. Tim was pretty happy about this. His Gap "skinny" jeans aren't so skinny on him, but he'll be wearing them for awhile. And hey! Here's his new haircut!
Tillie's wearing a crewcuts bicycle tee over a tissue tee. Her jeans are H&M. She's pretty excited that the bike is carrying flowers. She wears snow boots to school, but she still wanted the TOMS she was going to wear at school to be in the picture. (TOMS are on Zulily today for 40% off! The mary jane ones are included, too. Tillie picked out a red pair for me to order her.)

Star Wars
His Gap fleece lined jeans are from Goodwill. I tried them on him early last fall and even though they're 18-24m they were HUGE on him. I pulled them out again last week and they're a great fit! I guess he is finally growing. I wish I would have tried them on him when it was below freezing a few weeks ago. Oh, well. Anyway, Teddy LOVES them. He calls them "cozy pants" and likes them as much as pajamas.

Cowgirl and Star Wars
Today Tillie's class took a field trip to the Critter Barn. Of course Tillie wanted to wear her new Dreamspun cowgirl shirt. Tillie did some modeling for them this summer and they posted that they hung up some of the new images in the store. Of course we had to go see Tillie on the wall! The vintage tees/tanks were on sale, and even cheaper if you bought two. I'd been wanting some for Tillie, so it was perfect. They do seem run a little small. This one is a 4, but she does have another tank under it since it was suppose to be cold today. (We took this picture in one take so we could quickly get her coat on!) She's also wearing a crewcuts Caroline cardigan, Gap skinny jeans and Cherokee rain boots. Her Goody hairclip is a duck, perfect for the occasion. Of course, no one saw this outfit since we kept her coat tightly zipped the whole time we were there.
Teddy stayed home with grandma. At first she said he didn't want to change out of his cozy pajamas, but when he saw that I set out a Star Wars shirt he was eager to change. His Crazy 8 paint splatter jeans were 25¢ at a mom2mom sale. They didn't come from Crazy 8 with holes, but for a quarter they're great play pants. (I bought them when he was still making holes in all the right knees of his pants.)

Spanish Camp!
It's another cool day over here so she's wearing an ArtPrize American Apparel tee with crewcuts ruffle skirt and leggings.
Ted got to run errands with me. Here's our stop at Target in a Peek... Aren't You Curious button-up and Crazy 8 skinny jeans. Ack, the cuffed jeans and TOMS are so cute to me.
So, because I'm awesome and my hobby is my kids' clothes I have Pinterest boards for some items in their "closets". It helps me plan pictures, holidays and store line names for the blog. I was trying to find his Crazy 8 skinny jeans today when I discovered they are girl jeans. Now, I really don't don't care that they're girl jeans, but it's crazy how much better they fit than all the other boy jeans he has. Also interesting is that I bought both of them second hand and they were both in the boy sections of the store.

ArtPrize
We're all huge fans of ArtPrize over here. We've gone every year and have tons of fun. Here's my facebook album of this year if you're interested. Last week I was at Goodwill and found an ArtPrize t-shirt in size 4 for 99¢, but I passed over it because I ended up spending $20 on other things. I told Tim about it the next day and both of us wished I had picked it up. Imagine my surprise when it was still there yesterday! This time it was the first thing I added to my cart.
I don't normally dress Tillie in unisex sized t-shirts. I just don't love how they fit her. Even though this is a pink shirt, we girly-ed it up with a striped-sleeve Mini-Boden shirt and Morgan and Milo sparkle shoes. The bootcut jeans are from crewcuts. (I really should have stocked up on bigger sizes of these jeans before I quit!)
The back of the t-shirt has the logo "unscrambled". It really is pretty cute, as far as logo-ed t-shirts go. We'll be able to get a couple years out of it. It's perfect for her. She adores ArtPrize.

Tim's Choice
Yesterday at Target Tim found a little boys 24m Star Wars tee 50% off. It became the first licensed clothing I've bought for my kids.
She's wearing it with an Old Navy skirt and the best Princess Leia buns we could make with her short hair.
