Father's Day Produce

My kids "match" today because of embroidered fruits and veggies.

Tillie's wearing a 3t Gymboree Strawberry Farm pinafore dress.  I I to have her wear it once this summer because it's so darling, but it is a little short this year.

Teddy's romper is from the Gap Peter Rabbit line.  I lucked into this romper in 18-24m on price kill for under $5.  This line was very well done and it's noticeable in little things like the carrot and radish placement. There is one perfect spaced radish on each sleeve.  They're centered throughout the rest of the romper and the whole thing is lined with soft jersey.  Ted's still a little short for it, but I think it will fit nicely come August. (And hopefully I'll get a better picture of him in it by then!)

Gingham and Plaid

Tillie's wearing her Strawberry Farm gingham top with Jumping Bean bermudas today.  The strawberry clip is by My Little Pixies.  She later added her strawberry Tevas.  It's a theme, you see.

Teddy is wearing an Okedoke romper with a nautical theme.  I have no idea where this brand is sold.  I got it at a garage sale last summer.  All of the clothes were a quarter each, or 5 for a $1.  I managed to find 10 things for a steal of a deal.  Some were for if I had a girl and some boy.  I don't even remember what all of the items were except for a girl pair of Gymboree denim overalls and a white Circo sunhat.

Gingham and Braids

I bought this Gymboree Strawberry Farm top at the same consignment sale where I found the dress.  It was around $1, but there are two pin-prick stains on it.  Even with those, I couldn't resist.  (I did get the stains to lighten in the wash.)  It's one of the cutest Gymboree tops I've come across in a while.  I love the sweet embroidered strawberries on the pale blue gingham.  It was just telling me I needed to braid her hair.

She's wearing it with a crewcuts Caroline cardigan, Old Navy denim capris and her too small Salt-Water sandals.  I have a new white pair on order that should arrive tomorrow.   The cookie was compliments of Barnes & Noble for her birthday!

So Sweet

Tillie had absolutely no need for this Gymboree Strawberry Farm dress, but I just couldn't resist it at a consignment sale last week.  I love the embroidered yellow pinafore over a simple white eyelet slip.  Perfection.

Tillie likes it too.  She's been asking to wear "yellow strawberries?!" since I hung it in her closet.  Yellow is her favorite color and she's fond of strawberries.  It's a win-win.  I wanted a white bow, but Tillie insisted on red.
