Today Tillie wore her first real twirly dress. I spun her so she could see what it did and she giggled. She can't do it on her own, but she likes it! This dress and the leggings are Hanna Andersson from Costco. I layered at Cherokee tee underneath. Tillie picked out the Target Fuggs.
