Red and White Dots

It's a red, white and blue weekend over here!  Tillie started it off with a Carter's dress I got at a garage sale this Spring for $1 or less, I can't remember.  She actually had this dress last summer too. (It was a birthday gift from Auntie Kiz.)  It's size 24m, but I think it runs pretty wide.
