Happy Birthday!

Today is my 30th birthday so I decided Tillie should wear a festive outfit.  I found this tee at the J. Crew outlet over Labor Day weekend and thought it might be a good way to transition this crewcuts skirt to fall/winter.  It's a great match!

The only problem is that the tulle hat poof is right wear her carseat clip is suppose to be.  Oops.
