Twirly Polka Dots

Tillie just wanted to twirl this morning when I tried to get a picture of her in this Carter's dress.  My mom bought it for her last fall at the Carter's store.  It will be perfect for hot summer days...like today.  Yep, it's suppose to be 84* today and it's already muggy at 9:30a.  I'm hoping to get her some Salt-Water sandals in white in size 7, but I haven't found a good deal yet.  For now, her tan 6s from last year seem to do the trick, but I would prefer white with this outfit.  I really thought her feet would grow more, so I have a pair of pale gold 8s waiting for her!  The lemon clip is by My Little Pixies.
