Finally Summer?

Of course it's 80* all week with gross humidity the week everyone goes back to school.  I wish we could have spent time at the pool!  (Well, on the not rainy days.)

Beatrix is wearing a fall top made summery by pairing it with a ruffled diaper cover.  The top is Gap Boho that I bought when I was pregnant with Tillie.  It's 0-3m and I'm glad Bea got to wear it this "fall" before she outgrew it.  I might try to get it on her again next week with jeans when it cools off  The diaper cover is Gap Capri.

Tillie's wearing an Oilily dress I found at Once Upon a Child.  She LOVES it.  It's a pretty slim fit, but that works okay for her.  We were almost late for school and I didn't realize she looked like a punk in the pictures I took.

Story Time

My dad let us know about a "Hometown Heroes" story time at Barnes and Noble this morning.  There was going to be a fire truck, ambulance and police car, but the mall is doing construction on the parking lot near the bookstore entrance so there wasn't a place for it.  They still had fun listening to a paramedic, a firefighter and a police officer reading books.

Tillie wore a DreamSpun tank and ruffled shorties.

Teddy's wearing a crewcuts tee and Gap madras shorts.  You can see he loved the idea of posing for a picture.

Camp Wear

The kids got their new staff kid shirts today!

Bea is wearing hers with a long sleeved Carter's bodysuit and a Gap Capri diaper cover.  Yes, sign me up for more ruffled diaper covers, please!

Teddy is wearing his with Gymboree Turtley Cute shorts from last summer.  Yep, he can still wear size 18-24m easily.  His flip-flops are Old Navy.

Tillie's wearing hers with a Gap Surf skirt and crewcuts flip-flops.  Her 5/6 shirt was bigger than I expected, so she got to rock a side knot.  She really liked it, if it came untied she had me redo it,

I mean seriously, I have the cutest kids, ever.

My youngest cousin had her graduation open house last night.  Since Tim abanadoned me to clean at Camp I spent time picking out some cute coordinating outfits instead of packing.  Bea is wearing a Gap Capri bubble and a Dear Grace and Parker star felt bow headband.  The bubble is a little big, so she should be able to wear it for most of the summer.

My surfer dude Ted, with the crazy long hair, is wearing a crewcuts tee and Gap Americana shorts with tan Salt-Water Sandals.

Tillie is wearing a Dreamspun halter(Sample Sale!) and Gap denim bermuda with last summer's yellow Salt-Water sandals.
